Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Missed appointments result in lost time and income for our team and prevent other customers from booking.

This policy helps us run efficiently and keep costs fair for everyone.

We value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer the best possible service to all customers, we’ve put the following policy in place:

📅 Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via text or phone.

  • We may request a deposit to secure certain services or busy time slots. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice may result in loss of deposit or a late cancellation/no-show fee of $200.

Cancellations And 🚫 No-Shows

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to:

    • Charge a cancellation/no-show fee of $200

    • Require prepayment for future bookings

    • Refuse future bookings​

💬 Reminder System

  • We send an automated booking confirmation and reminders via SMS 2 days before and the day before your appointment.

  • Please reply to confirm or contact us if you need to make changes or cancel as soon as possible.

⚠️ Late Arrivals

  • Unless other arrangements are made at time of booking, we expect your vehicle to be dropped off by 9am on the day of your booking. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the job as scheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
