Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Missed appointments result in lost time and income for our team, and prevent other customers from booking in.
This policy helps us run efficiently and keep costs fair for everyone.
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer the best possible service to all customers, we’ve put the following policy in place:
📅 Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via text, email, or phone.

We may request a deposit to secure certain services or busy time slots.
❌ Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee of $200.
🚫 No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to:

Charge a no-show fee of $200

Require prepayment for future bookings

Refuse future bookings after repeated no-shows

💬 Reminder System

We send automated reminders via SMS at 2pm on the day before your appointment.

Please reply to confirm or contact us if you need to make changes.
⚠️ Late Arrivals

Unless other arrangements are made, we expect your vehicle by 9am on the day of your booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the job as scheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
